How induction cookers work?

Induction cooker - Disadvantages
- Higher purchase price than the classicshobsgas.
- Part of the cookware will need to be replaced: most of the non-stick pans have an aluminum coating (so they are not magnetized and do not activate the coils), as well as the aluminum café mocha.
- Even glass pans, copper or ceramic pans and terracotta pots do not activate the coils.
- THEinduction cookersthey require a fair amount of energy. The expenditure related to electricity consumption is comparable to that related to methane for gas stoves but there is the problem that standard electrical systems provide for a 3.3 kW supply.
To use theinduction cookersthe user will be forced to ask their energy manager to expand coverage by switching to a 4.5 or 6 kW contract. A single induction cooker, placed at maximum power, can absorb 3300 w of electricity.
