In this regard, here are the instructions to prepare a DIY toothpaste, using only natural ingredients. The preparation of the DIY toothpaste it does not require any difficulty: it is quick to prepare and it is low cost. Another interesting aspect of a DIY toothpaste it is characterized by the fact that it contributes to decrease the production of packaging.

DIY toothpaste, the ingredients

  • 30 grams of very fine white clay
  • 10 grams of baking soda
  • A pinch of fine whole sea salt
  • 5 grams of dried green tea
  • 3 drops of essential oils: mint, fennel and sage

DIY toothpaste, the preparation

  1. Put the salt, green tea and baking soda in the coffee grinder and grind until the ingredients are reduced to a very fine powder then pass everything through a sieve
  2. Take the powder and pour it into a bowl then add the clay and essential oils
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined
  4. Pour the mixture just obtained into a small hermetically sealed glass bowl

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of white clay
  • 20 grams of dried sage
  • 10 grams of baking soda

Preparation

  1. Pour the clay, baking soda and finely chopped sage into a bowl then mix well until all the ingredients are combined
  2. Pour the DIY toothpaste powder into an airtight glass jar

For use, just put a little powder on the toothbrush moistened with water

  • Just store the product in an environment away from humidity and heat source
